Information: bksb are the leading provider of solutions for Skills for Life/Functional Skills in the UK. We are looking for Regional Advisors to join our fantastic team across the UK, but specifically those based in the London area.

As a Regional Advisor, you will represent bksb, providing support to existing customers and working with potential new clients to sell the benefits of our systems and products. You will attend meetings, events, deliver product demonstrations and provide external training. To succeed in this exciting and innovative role you will need to have Secondary, FE or Adult Education teaching experience. Existing local contacts and networks would be considered advantageous.

Employment Description: Functional Skills Numeracy Lecturer
Employer: New College Nottingham
Information: You will be an experienced and suitably qualified maths practitioner who can teach maths to all levels. This will include experience of teaching 16 to 19 year olds from a variety of vocational courses and also recent practice of delivering key or basic skills. You will be joining an established team of key/basic skills specialists and will be supporting the College with the transition to Functional Skills.

Post holders work in classroom situations, under the direction of class teachers, to support learners with Learning Difficulties, Disabilities or lower skill levels, to enable them to fully access their courses and to gain maximum benefit and independence from their college experience. Hours to be worked are by negotiation – hourly paid ASAs work between 2 and 32 hours a week, depending on their stated preference and the hours available. Once agreed the hours are generally regular during college term time only. Please note that the College core teaching day is from 9.00 – 5.00, if an applicants availability is too limited it will severely reduce our ability to offer work.

Employment Description: Adult Tutor (Fast track)

Information: We are seeking to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic tutors to join our service. We offer a learning programme covering a whole range of subjects in a diverse range of settings.
You will need to have:
- level 4 adult teaching qualification & experience of teaching adults.
- relevant subject qualification.
- SfL and FLLN tutors will require a Level 5 subject specialism or a commitment to work towards one.
