WFL Activities

Wider Family Learning (WFL) programmes are used to engage parents/carers in learning in order to build up their self-confidence and move them onto other forms of learning. These programmes give adults the chance to try new activities and learn new skills whilst helping their child to learn in a fun and friendly way. WFL programmes include Family Crafts, Family Healthy Living, Creative ICT, Play with Words, Fun with Numbers, Keeping up with the Children, Dads 'n Lads/Lasses and Family First Aid. These programmes take place in schools, libraries, community centres and children's centres.
